Audio Visualizer: Welcome

Above Ocean

Sound is mild vibration of air and water. When talking about sound, such a scene appears in my mind. I could imagine that I stand on the beach, watching the sunset and feeling the sea breeze. So I made a similar scene in Unity to share the beautiful experience with others. After lots of attempts, I find ocean waves best express the audio history. I utilized Skybox and Stylized Water in Unity Asset Store to create such a scene.

Dive In

When jumping into the ocean, we could better feel the waves and their sound. I decided to make such a scene during the exploration of Niagara system in Unreal Engine. It is a powerful tool that helps us create realistic and artistic scenes easily.

Endless

I was staring at the spectrums in sndpeek, thinking about my audio visualizer design. The spectrums keep going and going as if they will never stop. It reminds me of the endless talk in our daily lives. So, I decided to build a tool that visualizes our talk and reminds us of the saying: Talk is cheap, show me the code.

Ephemeral

I was thinking about the history of sound when creating such a scene. Sound is the production of time, thus fleeting and ephemeral easily and never come back. I made such a scene to express the frangibility of sound and hope we could cherish them and live in the moment.
